| Description: | Person to add to small hotel chain that offers clean rooms to overnight or longterm guests. Maintaining a professional atmosphere while being able to multi task. Hotel is open on weekends and holidays, ability to work these days is a must. Work attire is best office dress, neat appearance. |
| Duties: | Check Guests in/out. Make reservations, answer and transfer phone calls to hotel departments and guest rooms. Help Guests with any needs that arise. Handle cash and credit card transactions. Stock small C-store. Open lobby for day shift or close lobby for night shift. Help keep lobby clean, keep front desk organized. Set up meeting rooms when needed. |
| Qualifications: | Previous customer service experience preferred. Friendly, enthusiastic qualities a must. Experience with Windows operating system a must. Ability to get along with co-workers and maintain a professional work environment. Flexibilty in working weekends and holidays. Light lifting, light cleaning and paperwork may be needed on a daily basis. |
